Instead of taking your vehicle to a garage, we come to you. Call us, explain what you need and where the vehicle is, and we’ll confirm whether we can help and when. The work is then carried out where the vehicle is, as long as the location is safe and suitable.
What details should I have ready when I call?
Your location (postcode, road name or a nearby landmark), the vehicle make, model and registration, and what has happened. If you can, also have the tyre size from the sidewall (for example 205/55 R16) and let us know whether you have a locking wheel nut key.
Do you cover my location?
