How coverage works
Roughly 10 miles from New Basford is the area we aim to cover. It isn’t a guarantee for every address or every time of day. Whether we can reach you depends on your location and how busy we are when you call.
When you call, give us a postcode, a road name or a nearby landmark. We’ll tell you straight away whether we can get to you, or if we can’t, so you can arrange other help without delay.
The vehicle needs to be somewhere reasonably safe and accessible. If you’re on a fast road or motorway, put your safety first and contact the emergency services if you feel at risk.
Not sure if we cover you?
Call and tell us where you are. We’ll tell you whether we can help.
